This Haven Health project, at around 6000 square metres, is one of the largest Primary Care Developments in the UK. This was the first healthcare project to be presented to the Welsh Assembly Government’s Design Commission and it has received great acclaim.
This innovative and exciting project was undertaken for a Devon based Practice of 10 GPs, one of whom is Dr Michael Dixon, formerly Chairman of NHS Alliance. Haven Health were delighted to work with such a forward thinking and progressive Practice on this development.
This scheme involved the relocation of two separate GP practices into one building, together with additional primary care services. Given the particular architectural ethos of the surrounding area, the exterior was designed to maintain the architectural style of the Poundbury Village.
This development project was undertaken to relocate the Green Lane Surgery, a busy town centre practice, accommodating eight GPs. In addition to the core accommodation, the building also provides additional Deanery rooms for registrars, trainee GPs and medical students.

This project involved the redevelopment of an obsolete NHS community clinic site to provide new build high quality accommodation for two local GP Practices and their staff in a busy South London borough, providing improved access to healthcare in the immediate locality.
This surgery extension created new and substantially improved facilities, including a sufficient number of properly sized consulting and treatment rooms and health promotion/education facilities which allow the Practice to significantly enhance its service provision to the patient population.
This state of the art Primary Care Centre was built to accommodate the GPs and NHS Surgeries staff in Colwyn Bay, providing excellent modern facilities designed to enable the Practices to provide a wide range of integrated healthcare services for over 18,000 patients.
This recently built modern Medical Centre was developed for the doctors of the Clipstone Medical Centre Practice, which is an East Midlands Deanery training practice with 5 GP Partners. The Medical Centre provides nearly 1150 m2 of accommodation for the GPs, their staff and visiting clinicians.
This project was focused on the development of a new Primary Care Centre to allow the South Petherton practice to relocate from their obsolete, converted house into a new purpose-built facility. The new building provides accommodation for seven GPs and their staff.
This project was focused on the development of a new Primary Care Centre to allow GPs to re-locate out of two obsolete buildings into a new purpose built facility, complete with a suite of rooms for the provision of community health services by the Health Board, and a pharmacy.
